Who needs a paid account?
Editors do. An Editor can create, edit, manage, and execute decisions. Viewers and commenters are always free, so the rest of the organization can take part without a paid seat. There is no free plan after the trial: a workspace needs at least one Editor. The 14-day trial includes the full product, and at the end you choose how many Editor, AI, and AI Pro users you need.
Can I have unlimited viewers?
Yes. Viewers and commenters are free, and you can invite as many as you need. You pay for the people who manage decisions, and for the people who use AI.
How does AI pricing work?
AI is turned on for the workspace, then billed per person who uses it, because usage can vary widely from one person to the next. Standard AI is an add-on of $15 per user each month. It covers research, synthesis, evidence analysis, decision analysis, and cross-source insights. Not every editor needs it.
What's the difference between AI and AI Pro?
Both use the same workspace switch and the same per-user billing. AI Pro is $50 per user each month, for heavier workloads, larger datasets, deeper analysis, and more intensive cross-source work.
What happens if we have a lot of data?
Standard accounts include reasonable usage limits for connected data, surveys, and AI. When your data, survey programs, AI workloads, security, or administration needs go beyond that, Enterprise covers the larger environment. It is a scale and security option, not a separate product tier.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes. Annual billing is 10 months for 12, which is two months free. An Editor is $70 for the year. An Editor with AI is $220. An Editor with AI Pro is $570.
